Diversity - Affinity Groups
Diamond's affinity groups are voluntary, employee-driven groups organized around a particular shared interest or characteristic. The Women's Forum and gl@d (Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual and Transgender employees and supporters at Diamond) are a few examples of affinity groups at Diamond and represent just one of the many ways we connect people in our virtual firm. By fostering a positive and collaborative environment which furthers both professional and personal development, we highlight the value we place on diversity, position ourselves to attract and retain the very best people, and expand our internal and external networks.
Welcome to the Women’s Forum
Our active and engaging Women's Forum fosters a collaborative working environment that contributes to the professional and personal development of all the women at Diamond. The Women's Forum promotes the continuous exchange of ideas and provides opportunities to channel relevant issues affecting Diamond's female community.
Among its ongoing initiatives, the Women’s Forum:
Provides mentorship opportunities for female professionals in order to expand their personal and career support networks.
Promotes tolerance and diversity through education.
Serves as a liaison between management and our constituency and fosters the ongoing communication of issues important to Diamond women.
Encourages a work-life balance that addresses the needs of professional women.
Supports communication among the women of Diamond by providing a forum to exchange ideas and interests, stimulate collaborative problem solving and address needs that are unique to women.

gl@d to be at Diamond
Gays & Lesbians at Diamond (gl@d) is an affinity group for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered employees and their supporters. Our charter is to foster a positive and collaborative environment that furthers both the professional and personal development of our employees and their supporters with the goal of attracting and retaining the best people, highlighting the value we place on diversity and expanding Diamond's internal and external networks.
gl@d provides a forum for idea exchange, community-building, recruiting and outreach among employees sharing a common interest in gay and lesbian workplace topics. That all sounds very professional, but there’s a fun aspect to our activities too! Networking and friendships are important and gl@d is a great way to promote those goals.
Membership in gl@d is open to ALL Diamond employees regardless of sexual orientation, tenure level, professional focus or other criteria. We welcome participation at any level desired by the individual employee and invite all employees to attend our events.

Analyst Community
The Analyst Community helps junior consultants transition into the sometimes challenging world of management consulting. The group helps integrate new Analysts into the firm with wide variety of networking such as additional training for our Analysts, quarterly events, and monthly conference calls to discuss topics relevant to the firm and consulting in general. Perhaps most importantly, the group offers new Analysts a ready-made peer network to share experiences and access a variety of knowledge about client projects, the firm, and its people.
