Adam Gutstein is President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. Prior to becoming CEO in April 2006, Adam was President of the firm. He has been a director of the company since 1999 and has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of International Operations where he oversaw activities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Adam joined Diamond as a Vice President and Partner in 1994. From July 1998 to April 2000, Adam served as Chief Operating Officer.

A consultant for more than 20 years, Adam routinely serves as a “hands-on” counselor, helping senior clients manage, design and execute their most critical strategies. For example, he has led projects to improve the design and performance of clients’ businesses, helped them increase the value of their information management investments, build stronger, more profitable customer relationships, and execute complex projects that turn high-level strategies into measurable results. Adam has focused on serving Global 2000 clients across numerous industries, including healthcare, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and industrial and consumer products.

Adam is also a member of the Board of Directors of BPO Management Services, Inc., a business process outsourcing service provider. Adam serves on the Board of Trustees of the Committee for Economic Development, Washington, D.C., on the Board of Directors of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, and on the Business Leadership Group of WorkforceChicago2.0. He is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.

Prior to joining Diamond, Adam was a vice president at Technology Solutions Company. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture Ltd.).

Education

Adam holds a degree in economics from Haverford College.
