Rajesh Balaraman is a Partner in the firm’s Mumbai, India office. He has over 15 years of experience addressing a range of strategic and operational issues for clients in North America, Europe and India. He has led strategic and operational initiatives to help clients increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. He has significant experience in business strategy, market entry strategy, operational performance improvement, and new business launches. He has deep experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and program management of complex multi-year business transformation programs. Rajesh has worked extensively on both business and technology issues across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, media, retail, manufacturing, and transportation.

Prior to joining Diamond in 2004, Rajesh worked at AT&T, with a focus on improving their consumer business. He has also worked with IDEA Integration in Chicago serving clients in the manufacturing, telecom and financial services sectors.

Education and Affiliation

Rajesh has an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India.
