Rob Bourdow is a Partner with Diamond’s Insurance practice with more than 15 years experience in IT strategy and transformation programs, technology program management, and software development. Rob leads Diamond’s knowledge leader program and is a knowledge leader in IT effectiveness. As an IT effectiveness knowledge leader, Rob is responsible for the development of intellectual capital and supporting multiple client engagements in IT organizational redesign, workforce improvement and process improvement.

Rob’s recent client projects include leading a team in developing an operating model strategy for a $26 billion property-casualty insurance company’s IT group. At a $34 billion multi-line insurance company, Rob led a team in the development and implementation of an IT release management/ production acceptance service. At an $11 billion financial planning, asset management and insurance company, Rob lead a $12 million solution delivery transformation program targeted at dramatically improving the efficiency and productivity of the company in delivering new capabilities to support the business. While working with a $7 billion confectionary company, Rob advised the client and Diamond team in performing an IT organizational assessment and future state design. In addition, Rob also provided expertise to a Diamond team in performing an IT organizational assessment and high level future state design to improve the business alignment of the firm's IT delivery model for a $9 billion life insurance company. Prior to joining Diamond, Rob led the operations and consulting practice of Leverage Information Systems.

Education

Rob studied chemical engineering at the University of New Hampshire.
