Overview
Diamond’s Strategic Enterprise Architecture (SEA) framework delivers architecture services as well as IT Strategy. SEA encompasses both business and technical architecture - establishing a clear link among business strategy, processes, and the supporting applications, information and infrastructure. The SEA framework includes the development of architecture guiding principles, blueprints, and metrics. The framework also includes establishment of the architecture organization, skills and processes, including architecture governance. Additionally, Diamond has developed expertise in the assessment and use of architecture visual modeling and repository tools.
