Consultants are aligned with a specific career profile to help guide their staffing and career development: CSMO, COO, CIO, or CTO. Profiles dictate which skills will be emphasized in individual career development and influence how project assignments are made. Each profile emphasizes core consulting skills and comprises of a mix of business and technology skills.

With experience, consultants build upon their knowledge of the industries, technologies, and practices related to our clients while developing skills in business strategy, process and operations, and information technology.
